At Topkickclubs, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason your item doesn’t work out, we make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.
- Returns & Exchanges Options
You may return or exchange items either in-store or online. Please note that exchange availability may vary depending on stock at each location. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend calling your preferred store before visiting. - Refund Processing
Refunds will begin processing once your returned items are in transit back to our warehouse. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. - Handling Fee
For refunded/returned items, a $5 handling and processing fee will be applied. This fee covers return shipping and will be deducted from your refund amount. - Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style variation, you can always do so in-store at no extra cost (stock permitting). - Condition of Returned Products
All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items that show signs of use. - Time Frame
Products can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase date. - International Orders
